Yangsan City Council

A standing committee is an organization this is established in the council to evaluate the various agendas with expertise and efficiency. A standing committee is opened when a chairperson deems it necessary during his/her term, or when more than one third of the enrolled members request such a committee. However, the committee can only attend a session when it is decided in the main session, when the chairperson acknowledges the need, or when more than one third of the enrolled members or the head of the local government requests it.
